A practical plan for your Edinburgh property.

Your free survey is a straightforward conversation at your home or business. We look at the entrances, rooms and outdoor areas you want to protect, discuss how the property is used and listen to any concerns you already have. If you have pets, unusual access arrangements or an existing alarm, CCTV or fire-detection system, we take those into account from the start.

After the visit, you receive a clear recommendation shaped around the building rather than a generic equipment bundle. This may include intrusion detection, pet-friendly motion protection, cameras, residential fire alarms or an EN54 commercial system. We explain suitable positions, how the app and alerts work, and what installation is likely to involve before you decide whether to proceed.

Surveys are available for houses, flats, shops, offices and other commercial premises across Edinburgh, Midlothian, East Lothian and West Lothian. There is no survey fee and no pressure to book an installation. Choose an available time above and our team will contact you to confirm the appointment.
